The Enterprise Center at PathStone was established to create equitable opportunities for underserved individuals and communities. Our focus is increasing access to capital, knowledge, and resources for small business owners seeking to launch or grow their businesses.

Our loans range from $500 up to $250,000; servicing the WNY region and nearby surrounding counties, and island of Puerto Rico.  If you're looking to start, grow, or expand your business, we've got you covered.

Loan Products

Small Business Loan

Eligible small businesses, including start-ups, are welcome to apply for the capital needed to secure a successful outcome for your venture.

Terms

  • Term loans for up to 60 months; fixed interest rates between 7.5% and 9.5%.
  • Loan amounts from $5,000 to $250,000.
  • Uses: Gap financing, machinery and equipment, inventory, leasehold improvements, working capital, and others.
  • Eligible businesses include start-ups, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, transportation, and more.

Float Loan

Existing businesses who provide goods and services on a contract basis and are looking to increase capacity to mobilize and bid on jobs are welcome to apply.

Terms

  • 2% commitment fee shall be paid to lender from loan proceeds.
  • Loans up to $50,000.
  • Uses: payroll, materials, job-specific machinery, and equipment.
  • After repayment, borrower may draw additional loan funds during the calendar year without submitting a new application.

  • Eligible businesses include start-ups, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, transportation, and more

Veteran Loan

Veteran-owned small businesses, including start-ups, are welcome to apply for the capital needed to secure a successful outcome for your venture.

Terms

  • Loan Amount: $2,500 - $250,000
  • Must be active duty military or a veteran
  • Spouses and families are not eligible
  • Reduced Fees
  • 0.25% Reduced Interest Rate

Ag Fund

Open to small agricultural businesses looking to grow and expand, including: food and livestock growers, value-added processors, food distributors, food aggregators, beverage producers and Food Hub participants.

Terms

  • Loan amounts from $5,000 to $250,000
  • Term loans for up to 60 months; fixed interest rates between 7.5% and 9.5%
  • Uses: Gap financing, machinery and equipment, inventory, leasehold improvements, working capital, and others

Line of Credit

Startups with revenue and existing small businesses are welcome to apply for the capital needed to assist with cash flow while completing your projects.

Terms

  • Revolving Loan Max. of $15,000
  • To be used for working capital
  • Draw period of 3 years, then converts to a
    48-month term loan at 9.5%
  • Interest only payments during first 3 years

Small Dollar Loan

Ideal for small businesses, including start-ups, looking to secure capital needed for certifications, licenses, and/or minimal start-up expenses.

Terms

  • Loan Amount: $500 - $2,500
  • 12 - 60 month term
  • Rates 9.5 to 11.5%
  • For Business Use Only
  • $25 application fee
  • Fast track application

Steps to apply for a loan

1. Complete the interest form

Once we've received your interest form, a BDO (Business Development Officers) will contact you to help determine the best option available and assist you through the process.

2. Gather Documents

Your designated BDO will guide you through the process of collecting all of the documents required to submit a completed loan application.

3. Submit Loan Application

You've successfully gathered all of your required documents and completed your application. Now it's time to turn it in for review!

4. Closing and Disbursement

If your loan has been approved, congratulations! It's time to get to business. Meet with us in-person for closing and disbursement.
